We find ourselves in a dream house, a home with views that stretch as far as Ibiza and, of course, the bay of Jávea. Its location is simply perfect for those who want to live in a private residential area with excellent access and close to the town of Jávea.

The entrance to the house from the front door is a spacious hall with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop. The living and dining rooms open onto a summer and winter terrace thanks to their glass curtains. The kitchen is also an integrated part of the living room, making it very easy to move between one area and another on the main floor.
We love its style of clean, balanced lines with white as the protagonist and microcement finishes. The house has air conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms. On the upper floor there are three spacious rooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms, and once again we admire the sea views. All the windows are double glazed. Its south-easterly orientation allows us to enjoy many hours of direct sunlight from sunrise to almost sunset over the Montgó.

We go down to the lower floor which is used as a games room and general storage area. It is a very spacious area for laundry where there is also an extra room. Without doubt a very practical area to make life at home run smoothly.

The beautifully designed pool with jacuzzi area hugs the front of the property right up to the foot of the main bedroom. It is in this area, around the pool, that privacy is the hallmark, protected from view from the street and neighbouring houses.

Leaving the house, we find the side glassed-in garage with space for a car, motorbikes and bicycles. The retractable door opens and closes with a remote control, as does the access door to the property.
