Welcome to this property, especially lovers of open spaces and tranquillity. Located under the ‘eye’ of the Montgó, you will find one of the most beautiful nayas in Jávea. We are in a single-storey house, although there is the possibility of extending both upwards and downwards the constructed area. From the hall, we can already perfectly intuit the distribution of the rooms:
An area of 3 rooms that form the core of the house. The room with an en-suite bathroom is very comfortable and privacy is assured. It has a small balcony adorned with a beautiful bougainvillea. In another corridor we also find spacious rooms and a bathroom that serves both.
The second area is a very wide semicircle where the living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated but without mixing.
Finally, the third and last area of the house is one of the most beautiful nayas due to its size and the excellent condition it is in. In addition to its views of the valley, the naya is another ‘living room’ where you can enjoy its warm breeze most of the year.
It is also not difficult to guess where the name of the house (La Chumbera) comes from, as going down the stairs we find a well-kept garden where palm trees, fruit trees and of course prickly pears coexist harmoniously around a beautiful swimming pool in perfect working order.
Access to the property is from a cul-de-sac. The rear of the house has enough space to park more than three cars, although at the bottom we have a good garage and a storage room with high ceilings.
In conclusion, Casa Chumbera is beautiful, comfortable and suitable for a family of two to five members looking for tranquillity and a close connection to the town of Jávea.
