We present a property that breathes the Mediterranean. It faces east in the heart of Cabo Negro (Black Cape), always looking towards its twin brother, the islet of Es Vedrà in Ibiza.

On entering the upper dwelling, we are seduced by the visual spectacle of the living room overlooking the sea on three sides. Crossing the living room, we access the terrace where a large swimming pool and the chill out area invite us to relax for hours sunbathing.

We return to the house and enter the 20m2 square and well-equipped kitchen with island. We like the fact that the three rooms on this floor are independent, so leaving the kitchen leads us to the main bedroom. This majestic room of almost 47m2 has ample space for sleeping, a dressing room and, of course, an en-suite bathroom. The second of the en-suite bedrooms, at 25m2, also has a large space and access to a small terrace for enjoying the afternoon sun. Finally, a third bedroom of 22m2 facing south completes the main floor.

We go down to the lower floor where we find the 32m2 garage and a room that could easily be converted into a bedroom, although it is currently used for storage.

Passing through the garage between the houses, we come to the apartment or guest house. This second house has an area of approximately 90m2 and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with an integrated kitchen.

Let’s summarise the visit to Casa Es Vedrà. It is a house with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea that is built in two different housing blocks. In total, five bedrooms and four bathrooms in 417m2 built. The plot has a total area of 1,342m2.
