The property covers 40,000 m² of mostly flat land and is set in a completely private enclave. Casa La Torre comprises three buildings:

The 16th‑century tower, aligned with other defensive towers such as the Gerro in Dénia. The tower, approximately twelve metres high, is for private use and is in good condition. From its top it is possible to observe the four bays within the municipality of Xàbia (Granadella, Portitxol, Jávea and El Arenal).

The main building is a single‑storey house, originally designed by architect and artist André Lambert in 1930. It measures 870 m² and is currently divided into four outward‑facing dwellings. Each of them has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living‑dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Together they form a square with a landscaped courtyard at the centre that links the different rooms. Each side of this beautiful “cortijo” has a different charm depending on its orientation, and it would be entirely feasible to undertake a project to integrate all the units into a single residence with a 360° orientation.

The secondary house, built later in the 1960s, is a two‑storey building of nearly 180 m² with views over the bay of Jávea and the Montgó.

The gardens of Casa La Torre have that special charm of watching the pine forest merge with the blue of the Mediterranean. Enjoying the beautiful views without feeling overlooked — a true privilege. The property has a single existing access and two additional potential accesses to be developed. It has five water wells and a large esplanade in front of the main house.
