Imagine entering a royal house from the mid-19th century located in the centre of Jávea, completely refurbished and renovated in 2020 as a boutique hotel. This property has its own history that deserves to be told as a strategic building in Jávea.

We present Casa Tosca, a stately home with a total surface area of 600m2 in the heart of the town. It faces a very quiet street and at the same time is well connected as it is located a few metres from the Plaça del Mercat and just under 1.5km from Grava beach.

Casa Tosca is and has been an establishment to welcome guests from all over the world. It caters for a type of family tourism where comfort and tranquillity characterise this building.

The property is divided into 9 rooms or bedrooms of unconventional spaciousness. They are distributed over four levels and it is possible to add another floor. At the main door we find a traditional entrance hall that leads to a south-facing living room and patio. The upper floors of Casa Tosca have classic but completely renovated arcaded terraces.

Another of Casa Tosca’s characteristics is its versatility. Whether for hotel use or as a family residence, the refurbishment undertaken just five years ago allows it to be easily adapted to the use that its new owner wants to give it at no additional cost.
